Who We Are
Carry The Light Ministries Inc. is a non profit 501(c)3 corporation founded in 2006 and located in the state of Texas. We are affiliated with Kingsway Fellowship International. We are passionate about building God’s Kingdom both physically and spiritually, rescuing orphans and at-risk children, and ministering around the world.
What We Do
Our vision is to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ, beginning at home, and reaching abroad. We accomplish this by building orphanages, churches, schools, etc. as well as preaching, teaching, and discipling through a variety of venues including crusades, seminars, and home to home evangelism.
Where We Work
Currently, we have constructed Carry the Light Children’s Homes in Kenya, Honduras, and Uganda. Our vision includes building 10 orphanages around the world. We hold crusades and minister in many other countries as God opens doors. We are seeking the Lord’s direction to discern in what country He wants us to build next .
Why We Do It
Our desire is to see souls saved and lives changed by the saving and healing power of Jesus Christ. We take the message of the love of Christ according to James 1:27 and put it into action, rescuing orphans and at-risk children, ministering at home and abroad, and building up and strengthening national pastors and churches.
Meet our Board of Directors
Greg’s passion and drive is evident in everything he does. His mission in reaching others around the world with the Gospel is the reason Carry the Light exists. He holds a masters in Theology and a doctorate in Christian Psychology. He married his wife, Donna in 1996 and they live in Granbury, Texas. They have three children and one grandchild. Greg previously held residency status in the countries of Kenya and Honduras. He is an ordained minister with Kingsway Fellowship International, formerly a Children’s Pastor and Associate Pastor at Life Spring Church in Fate, Texas. His business experience is substantial. He founded and still operates a school photography business back in 1988 called Lasting Memories Enterprises, Inc. He calls it his “tent making business” (referring to Paul in the New Testament) because it helps support his family, but more importantly, the business sows into Carry the Light, helping to further the vision God has for this ministry. One of his biggest accomplishments through Carry The Light was completing the 2020 Vision – to build 10 projects around the world by the year 2020. As of the date of this writing, CTL now has 5 projects in Uganda, 4 in Kenya and 1 in Honduras. The projects include orphanages, primary schools and churches. Greg learned a great deal about building and managing in the real estate industry as he owned 13 rental homes and 2 apartment complexes in the past.

Being able to touch the hearts of women/young women is one of the greatest rewards and still makes herself available for ministering. One of her favorite things to do is dance before the Lord and worship. Donna is a minister under Kingsway Fellowship International and serves with her husband Greg as Associate Pastor and Childrens Pastor at Life Spring Church in Rockwall , Texas. They have 3 children and 1 granddaughter.
David is an active member at Life Spring church in Fate, Texas. He served as Mayor of the City of Fate from 2003 – 2008 and led the City through their record growth years, being recognized as the fastest growing city in the State of Texas three consecutive years. He volunteered with the Hunt County Boys and Girls Club for 11 years coaching youth sports and helping with fundraisers. David and his wife Jeannie have been married for 40+ years, have 1 son and 2 grandchildren, and currently live in Fate.
David has been a board member since the ministry was founded in 2006. He lives in Rogers, Arkansas with his wife, Holly. They have five adult children and two grandchildren. He is a successful business man and enjoys boating, teaching Sunday School, and spending time with his children. David has a heart to reach the world for Christ and has traveled internationally 12 times.
Terry lives in Rockwall, Texas, has two children, and enjoys hunting and fishing. Five years ago he came back to the Lord and was radically delivered from the drug culture. Since then, Terry has been very active in reaching the lost with the message of hope. He has a heart for missions and has been on seven international trips with Carry the Light. His passion and servant’s heart are a blessing to this ministry.
